So here is the Jesus Breathing prayer from the last post set up as a simple song or prayer. The simple refrain is something I slip into frequently either spoken or singing. It is a great base or foundation for our thoughts and souls. It can quiet bad internal noise and it can further hearten us when we are doing fine. Sometimes I will add in some of the other verses. Of course this is a very simple structure that can easily be varied into a variety of weavings or quilts. You can just do lots of refrains. You can have many more then two verses successively for people. You can have intermix successively people and things you are thankful for. The basics though of praying in thanks for the Love that Jesus, The Christ torrents us with along with specific illustrations of this Waterfall of Love pouring over us, along with a simple expression of our Love for Jesus will hearten us to create more specific illustrations in our lives of this Love for Jesus that we grow and flourish.
I Love You and so does Jesus, God, and The Holy Spirit as well as Mother Mary, Saint Joseph, all the Holy Angels, Your Guardian Angel, and all the Holy Saints where is as is. Join Joy!
