Christ and I Love You.

Breathing & Building is the root operation of people. We are optimally alive when we are open to and OnVine our Creator’s Light, Love, and Joy as our primary power plant. With this, we shine and share this Light, Love, and Joy with others around us in conversation and creation. At once as they benefit from our sharing the Light, Love, and Joy of our Creator we are buoyed, ‘inspired,’ and built up by the presence of our Creator in them when we were open and asking, joyful and cheerful. The point of Breathing & Building is optimal flourishing of all people and all of Creation.

A classical, non optimal, pattern for living is bottle bing. Instead of being open and asking and mutually benefiting each other, we seek to bottle people up as inanimate objects and see them as bumpers on a pinball machine and bing away from them in fear, flash, and fright since they are not aligned with the permitted profiles and policies. Bottle bing also bottles up ideas into permitted and non permitted bottles. The point of bottle bing is for some to seek to control how a population thinks.

I prefer the leading and loving way of Breathing & Building over the controlling anaerobic scene of bottle bing. I find the best Operating System for People is The Word of God, Christ Risen, and The Body of Christ of the Roman Catholic Church. Here we learn, love, and are guided to forgive, never be condescending, make real friends with the poor, build each other up, and have conversations with a flavor of wit.

In all events, as you light up in the morning and bring all your systems operational, please know that you are loved by our Creator and that our Creator & I pray you choose Breathing & Building and leave the bottle binging to the pinball machines.  Bottle bing, bottle bye.

All are cherished.  All are loved.  All are amazing.  All are wanted.

Romans 12:16   Treat everyone with equal kindness; never be condescending but make real friends with the poor.

James 2:1   My brothers & sisters, do not try to combine faith in Jesus Christ, our glorified Lord, with the making of distinctions between classes of people.

James 3:2  After all, every one of us does something wrong, over and over again;

I Love You and so does Jesus, God, and Holy Spirit along with Mother Mary, Saint Joseph, Saint Joan of Arc, Saint Augustine, Your Guardian Angel, all the Holy Angels, and all the Holy Saints.
