Fear, fright, anger, angst, all tank your immune system. Ditch these.
Clean your hands and cover your mouth and practice good hygiene.
When able to, dodge large settings of people.
Pray.
Play.
Kind.
Care.
Sing.
Converse.
Dance.
Share.
Serve.
It’s hard to know things right now.
Know you are Loved by our Creator Holy Spirit, God our Father, and Jesus our Brother.
Every breath is a blessing.
Every day is a blessing.
Every person is a blessing.
Every situation is a blessing.
Every place is a blessing.
And, yes, it’s OK to need God. It’s easy to know that now with so many unknowns.
The Old Testament shows us the cycle of societies: Forget need of God and fall followed by remember need of God and rise.
LLJJ, Light, Love, and Joy of Jesus is bigger than C-19.
I Love You and so does Jesus, God, and Holy Spirit along with Mother Mary, Saint Joseph, Saint Katherine Drexel, Saint Andre Bassette, Your Guardian Angel, all the Holy Angels, and all the Holy Saints.
