When we are good with God, open & basking to His Radiant, Overwhelming, Light, Love, and Joy, along with following God’s Guidance, we are more apt to grow and flourish each day more than we can imagine. Our focus is not one what we can do for ourselves, but what we can do for our Creator, Christ, and His Creation.
Alone, and focused one what we think we can control on our own and achieving just for ourselves, we flourish less. We think we can control our happiness with substances and loosing ourselves to lust, but Satan impounds us and pounds us with his age old seductions. We are duped by this confused soul as we turn our Holy Hole into a hollow hole that cannot be satisfied. We become fixated on the next fix, be it substance or fling, and become oblivious of all we harm and loose for this micro snippets of ill thrill. All the while we give up our opportunity to store up riches for the real, eternal life and instead burden ourselves and weaken ourselves satisfying only our confused adversary. An addict in recovery shared once that getting a fix is like getting a warm hug. The Light, Love, and Joy of Jesus is The Warmest Hug that is Enriching, Enabling, Uplifting, Empowering, Encouraging, and Seeks to Build All Up. So yes, the hollow hole that aches so great and drives us desperately is actually a Holy Hole that filled with the best Fuel come Fool Cell ever, works awesomely & far better than we can predict, imagine, conceive, or control. Our Holy Hole is meant to be filled with what is Holy Wholly.
